Goldmine Gallery is owned by master gold leaf artist William Adair.
William Adair enjoys an international reputation as a gilder, conservator, and frame historian. He began his career with the Smithsonian Institution at the National Portrait Gallery in Washington. He studied gilding and frame history in Europe and America, and in 1982 founded Gold Leaf Studios (www.goldleafstudios.com). Under his direction, the company has grown to include a multinational staff of specialists trained in traditional methods of frame making and conservation.
Kim Waters is a multi-talented painter and singer of the devotional music group RASA.
Kim's ornate and fantasy-filled artwork will be shown in William Adair's treasured gilded frames. Kim also applied gold leafing to some of her prints. Togther, these two artists are presenting an exhibit that is unique in its quality and beauty.
